Practice is great. Here are a couple of my current favorite photos I've gotten practicing with my off camera flash. I've been practicing a lot with it lately.

This little doll smiled at me within seconds of walking through my door. How could we not get a couple great photos of him?

He was SO snuggly too. Snuggly enough that he snuggled me every time I picked him up. Oh my! I miss snuggly little ones! My 1 year old was getting so jealous of baby snuggles. He finally just plopped himself in my lap and refused to move until we had a minute of snuggle time while Mom changed baby's outfit. That's right, my snuggly little one, you love to snuggle your Mama! Don't ever forget it!

Definitely my favorite shot with Dad. Poor little guy was getting so tired of pictures. Dad cheered him right up though!

New Images

Gosh it's been a while since I posted new things! That's what happens when you're moving I guess.

For a quick update: We are in Roy Utah currently but we are planning to move to a house in South Ogden (just a few miles from where we are now) in 6 weeks or so. We are so excited about this new place! The yard is going to be amazing once we get it all fixed up. Definitely going to need to do some photo shoots back there this summer! There are also some great window light...yep - it's going to be really amazing!

I've been working on getting a portfolio ready for Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep. Here are some of the images I'm considering submitting:
